Effective from the date of publication on smgcorp.kz. In case of any conflict with the law, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan prevails.

This policy describes how personal data may be processed when you contact us through the smgcorp.kz website (request form, WhatsApp deep link, phone call): name, phone number, email (if provided), property details (floor area, etc.), and technical data (cookies and analytics — see below).
2. Purposes of processing
- contacting you for cost estimation, consultation and contract conclusion;
- conducting correspondence and fulfilling contractual obligations;
- improving the website and request-flow analytics (where analytics is enabled).
3. Transfer to third parties
Data is not sold. Transfer is possible only at the request of authorised authorities or to technical contractors (hosting, email and messenger services) in the scope necessary to communicate with you.

6. Retention period
Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and warranty obligations, or until consent is withdrawn — within the limits permitted by the personal data law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
