A final deep clean — you walk into a clean, ready-to-work office. We accept the site together and sign the final act.

A budget reference before we meet: prices are for labour only (materials and scope affect the total). We lock the final figure into the contract after the free survey — no surcharges for "hidden" items.

Schools and public projects show the scale we operate at; for offices the same rule applies: quote and deadlines in the contract, progress photos on request (often under NDA).

The specialist visit and on-site survey are completely free. The surveyor arrives at a time that suits you, takes all required measurements and records the property's condition. You then receive a detailed quote — with no obligation.
Yes — we cover the full scope, from stripping out the old finishes to a final clean. No need to chase materials or supervise subcontractors yourself: coordination, procurement and quality control at every stage are on us.
Yes, all work types come with a 24-month warranty. If anything fails on our side during the warranty period — we fix it at our cost and as quickly as possible. The warranty terms are written into the contract.
Yes — to reserve the crew and procure materials we take an advance, usually 30% of the total. The balance is paid in stages as each milestone is accepted. Payment terms are spelled out in the contract.
It depends on scope and complexity. A cosmetic refresh of an office up to 100 m² takes from 2 weeks. A full renovation with re-planning takes 4 to 8 weeks. Exact deadlines go into the contract — we can run two shifts if needed.
